Job Description

Tax Flexible Talent Network at PwC

The tax landscape is constantly changing and we’re looking for people to join our Flexible Talent Network.

We understand that the traditional working pattern doesn’t suit everyone. There are all sorts of reasons why you may need more flexibility when it comes to your career, whether you have a start-up business that only takes up some of your time, or perhaps you want to get paid work around volunteering? You could be a parent or carer taking time-out to support your family? Or are you semi-retired but still want to supplement your income? Maybe you’ve taken a career break and looking to get back into work?

We’re looking for talented tax professionals to join us on a recurring basis in our Tax practice. The way you work is up to you, whether that’s full-time, part-time, term-time or reduced hours, just let us know and we’ll try and match you to a suitable role.

We’re the leading provider of tax services in the UK in terms of the reputation, size and scope of our tax practice. With us you have the chance to work on exciting and stimulating projects. Our clients span a range of industries and we need expertise across a variety of specialist tax areas. There are also lots of opportunities to use new technology, working alongside people with proven experience in developing solutions for our clients. Our goal is to provide a distinctive technology enabled client service which you can be a part of.

If you’re ready to start working flexibly, apply to our Flexible Talent Network today.

We help organisations and the people who run them answer the big business questions. How should we raise finance? Where should we be based? How should we reward our people? With some 3,300 experts whose expertise covers every conceivable area of taxation, we’re one of the UK’s leading tax practices.

The skills we look for in future employees

All our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy. This is important to the work we do for our business, and our clients. These skills and behaviours make up our global leadership framework, ‘The PwC Professional’ and are made up of five core attributes; whole leadership, technical capabilities, business acumen, global acumen and relationships.
