Your new company
Due to continued growth, our client, a specialist B2B/manufacturing company near Colchester, Essex, is looking to recruit a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or by experience, to take day to day control of the accounting, reporting and ongoing development of processes and controls and assist with the implementation of a new ERP system.
** This role can be Full or Part Time**
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the MD, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day transactional accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control)
- Data management: collate, analyse, and sense check
- Monthly management reporting: profit and loss, balance sheet & analysis.
- Cashflow reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Costing and stock reporting
- Support the year-end audit
- VAT returns
- Support the Finance Director with the implementation of new ERP system
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified/Finalist ACCA/ACA/CIMA
Broad accounting knowledge
Excel to intermediate level
Confident communicator and team player
