Financial Controller

Your new company
Our client is a well-established, growing business in the manufacturing sector that has a multitude of sites across the UK, with headquarters in Northamptonshire.

Your new role
Due to positive changes in the business, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to manage a team of finance staff for the interim period of up to six months. In this role you will be responsible for all transactional finance, technical reporting and tax.

What you'll need to succeed
The right person for the role will be qualified or highly qualified by experience, with a proven track record working in a leading finance position, ideally in the manufacturing sector. It is essential that you possess strengths in financial reporting and tax and have the capability to effectively manage and drive a small finance team. Personal qualities required include strength of character, confidence and interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature.
