The Corporate Tax Advisory and Compliance department is a fast-growing part of the Tax practice with a diverse client base ranging from PE-backed, owner-managed and family businesses through to UK-listed and multinationals.


Your new role
We are looking for talented individuals at Manager and Senior Manager level to support their continued rapid growth. The successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic working environment, supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.


You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across UK listed, PE-backed, inbound and family-owned groups, and take on a variety of advisory projects, including tax structuring, domestic tax advice, and international advice.


Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on your preference in dealing with advisory work, compliance portfolio management or a combination of both areas, your role will involve all or some of the responsibilities below:- Managing the successful delivery of technically excellent advice including tax structuring, refinancing, legal structure optimisation, pre/post transaction reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, compliance work and providing technical support to the wider corporate tax team.- Maintaining a portfolio of clients - identifying and resolving client issues, preparing technical analysis.- Working as a key member of the team to provide International and Complex UK Tax Advisory services to support our clients in achieving their commercial objectives, as well as managing the compliance process.- Liaising with specialists in other departments and overseas offices to oversee their input into tax advisory projects.- Coaching and developing more junior members of the team.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their business in order to create opportunities to help with the provision of tax and other services.


What you'll need to succeed
ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified with strong corporate tax and accounting knowledge.- Ability to develop, coach and lead staff, as well as manage stakeholders.- Ability to multi-task - to manage a wide range of projects and relationships.- Strong technical skills, drive, and curiosity are essential.
