Your new company
A global Oil & Gas production business with Assets in two continents. The company are going from strength to strength and this role will be a new hire to join their London based head office. As a private equity backed business the organisation have an entrepreneurial approach and are always looking to grow their portfolio.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, this role will be exposed to many aspects of the company, owning economic models, from debt to deals, working with CEO, CFO and other senior stakeholders.
Duties
- Production and management of strategic company models, including operational and valuation
- Support on M&A transactions, working with the Head of Corporate finance
- Day to day liaison with the banking term sheet and negotiations
- Support finance function on financial planning and analysis
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a corporate finance professional from either a banking, consultancy or similar in house function. Demonstrable experience of financial modelling and supporting decision making.
