Job Details

Corporate Finance executive is required by a leading national business advisory firm based in Norwich.
As a Corporate Finance Executive, you'll be an integral part of a fast-growing and highly successful team.
This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant, potentially from Audit, who is eager to apply their expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing tailored financial strategies for clients.
- Conduct financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence and integration.
- Collaborate with senior management and clients to drive business growth and profitability.
- Work closely with and learn from experienced finance professionals.
Qualifications:
- Newly qualified ACA/ACCA or CFA accountant
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
