Your new company
An established manufacturer with a broad product offering seeks to appoint a finance business partner within their North Hampshire site with a commercially facing role.
Your new role
The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the company, acting as a trusted advisor to the business unit, providing financial insights and support to ensure the achievement of financial goals and objectives. You will play a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process whilst providing detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. You will develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance; identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements, as well as making sense of large data sets which drive profitability within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with a background in a "product related" sector, be it manufacturing, FMCG or retail. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a curious mind in order to spot opportunities which improves the delivery of management & financial information.
