Your new firm
Your new firm is a strong independent practice, looking to break into the top 100 in the next 2 years. Over the last 5 years, they have doubled in size and have a real entrepreneurial sense around how they operate. They offer the full range of general practice services, but are geared towards specialist tax advice. In terms of clients, they tend to work with a range of owner-managed businesses, HNWIs and investors. Due to growth over the last 18 months, they are now looking to bring in a tax advisory professional.

Your new role
In your new role, you will work alongside the tax director and be based in either Manchester or Liverpool working in an advisory team. In this role you will have client ownership and contact, get involved with a range of complex advisory projects, working mainly with OMBs. Typically, you will have the opportunity to advise on mergers, restructures, due diligence, R&D, capital allowances and wider tax risk. The team is growing, so you will have plenty of opportunities to grow with a progression plan in place to become a manager in the near future.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to be either qualified or part qualified, having gained an ATT/CTA/ACA qualification. You should be confident working on tax advisory projects having 2-3 years experience prior. You can either be based in Manchester or Liverpool.

What you'll get in return
In return for this role, you will receive a competitive salary, along with a range of other company benefits.
