Your new company
A leading law firm is looking to hire a finance business partner to join the London finance function. This is a highly reputable firm which is growing rapidly, presenting an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a successful finance team.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key responsibilities including:
- Providing high quality information, analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ongoing development of internal systems and processes
- Profitability analysis and supporting pricing discussions.
- Improving understanding of KPI's and performance within the practice group
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with previous experience in the legal sector preferred. You will need to be an experienced business partner, capable of getting buy in from senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making. You must have a background in the legal sector or in a partner-led environment. You will need to be an exceptional communicator with a personal gravitas that allows you to build strong working relationships.
