Corporate Finance Manager opportunity, with a prestigious advisory firm in Norwich or Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a high-profile client base on confidential corporate transactions
- Handle business sales, acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with a cohesive team on exciting and current assignments
- Bring tenacity and adaptability to achieve solutions
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working with an external client base
- Experience in a professional accountancy practice or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite packages and computerised audit packages
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Experience in corporate transactions
- Opportunity to study for the Corporate Finance qualification
