What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need experience in a similar role within industry or practice. Proven skills in preparing management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT reporting are essential. A proactive mindset and the ability to support strategic business goals will be crucial for your success. Additionally, you should be part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA

Regular recognition and an employee of the month program celebrate your achievements.
