Your new role
In your new role as Senior Finance Business Partner, you will oversee efficient and effective financial control, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple business units in the North. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to monitor performance and drive efficiency. Your responsibilities include continually improving the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information for key stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the operations team in preparing and delivering strategic business plans for various units.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. You should have a proven ability to build business relationships and interact effectively with internal customers, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Your experience will include ensuring the accuracy of all operational month-end accounts, providing a comprehensive understanding of any deviations from flash/budget and their future impacts. You will also possess the confidence and capability to challenge financial results with regional and unit operational management.
