Your new company
Your new company is a market leader. They are passionate about new ideas and driven to be the best in the business. Due to an exciting time of growth, they are now looking for a Controls Manager to join their team.
Your new role
You will work closely with the CFO and FC, working on mitigating risk across the business through effectively identifying, monitoring and actioning risks in order to reduce impact. You will provide regular reporting to senior members of staff, as well as tracking KPIs and monitor the effective operation of financial controls.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with experience in a financial controls position and ideally be practice trained. You will need excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and have a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
