Your new company
I am currently working with a fast-growing insurance organisation in London looking for their first senior level hire into the FP&A function, reporting to the CFO. This is an innovative, forward-thinking business with ambitious growth plans and represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to add real value to the business.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:
- Developing budgets and forecasts including P&L, cashflow and balance sheets.
- Strategic financial modelling
- Variance analysis and commentary
- Development of reporting and dashboard tools to help strategic decision-making
- Business partnering with a range of stakeholders across the organisation
- Preparation of board papers and lender meetings materials.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably within growing businesses. You will need strong financial modelling and business partnering capabilities and a track record of delivering management reporting and analysis in a complex international environment.
