Management Accountant

Our client is experiencing a period of sustained growth and is looking to add a Management Accountant to their team in a newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
Your new role

• Prepare full month-end management accounts.
• Develop and maintain business partnering relationships with key business units across the site.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit.
• Assist with statutory accounting as required.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in management accounts in a similar role.
• An accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is preferable but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
