Your new company
Your new Law Firm specialised in private wealth and real estate. Their tailored approach means they are able to meet the need of every company and individual they work with and means they regularly work with a wide variety of clients including high net worth individuals, family offices, real estate funds, etc.
Your new role
Your new role as Compliance Manager will give you the chance to report directly into the Head of Compliance as well as lead a team within the function. As this role sits just below the Head of you will be able to contribute to strategic decisions within the function.
The primary focus of this role is AML in particular and Anti-Financial Crime in general but will also involve some conflicts of interest. You will get the opportunity to develop and deliver training on Compliance related topics.
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 4 years experience within a Compliance within the legal sector.
- Expert understanding of AML regulation.
- Line management experience.
- Experience with the Solicitors Regulator Authority.
