Your new company
My client is a Top 10 Firm based in Guildford who boasts new offices, as well as a leading portfolio of clients. The Firm continues to grow year on year, winning business from the Big 4 and other mid-tier firms due to their excellent reputation and delivery of high quality work.
Your new role
- Responsible for dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.
- Act as a major point of contact within the firm for the client together with the Partner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, being a principal point of contact throughout the year. Develop a strong commercial understanding of the clients' businesses.
- Identify and recognise business and sales opportunities with new clients, and inform the Partner as appropriate.
- Act as an ambassador of the firm, participate in office marketing events, keep abreast of the wide range of service the firm offers.
- Assist in the recruitment, retention, development and motivation of your team, which includes participating in graduate recruitment.
- Ensure appropriate objectives and development plans are in place for members of your team.
- Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant, ACA or ACCA or equivalent. You will have UK experience and could already be a manager in a smaller firm or looking to step up to manager grade and further your career.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary dependent on experience up to £65,000- along with a range of benefits. Hybrid working and flexible working options are available.
