Are you a skilled finance professional looking to make a significant impact in the education sector? Our client is seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join their central finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking Multi Academy Trust committed to excellence in education.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage substantial budgets for multiple trust establishments.
  • Prepare, analyse, and interpret complex financial data.
  • Provide expert financial advice to the executive team, governors, and senior leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
  • Produce financial reports and attend Local Governing Body meetings.
  • Oversee payroll reconciliation and authorise high-value transactions.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and implement audit recommendations.
  • Line manage finance team members, ensuring their development and performance.
