Your new company
You will join a national transport and infrastructure company, working within a well-established team renowned for their market expertise. This organization is consistently celebrated for its accomplishments and has received numerous awards over the past decade.
Your new role
You will report to the Financial Controller and handle the production of comprehensive management accounts. Your role will include assisting with the creation of annual budgets, attending on-site client meetings, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements. Regular communication with stakeholders will be essential, and you will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced team, efficiently managing your time and workload.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant. You will need to be a quick learner with the ability to work independently. Experience in a management accounting role within a busy finance function is essential, including liaising with non-finance teams and meeting tight deadlines. You should be proactive, commercially minded, and hardworking, ideally with experience handling high volumes. Strong Excel skills and experience would be a significant advantage for the successful candidate.
