Your new company
My client is an environmental technology company based in Swindon. Founded in 2011, my client has developed from a research company to a commercial organisation, with initial sales to several large multinational customers. Their vision is the realisation of a circular economy for its customers, globally.

Your new role
This role will involve proactive and extensive business partnering with their Manufacturing Site Manager and Commercial Managers throughout the business. Providing finance support on the business's production capabilities through liaison with staff at their two sites, including Stock Control and support to the Head of Partnerships with standard costings and pricing.
The role is Swindon based with some agreed hybrid working. The role will involve minimal travel to their second site up to three times a year with other members of the finance team for example for attendance at the year end stocktake.
What you'll need to succeed
●Qualified Accountant or QBE;
●Experience of Manufacturing Accounting;
●Excellent interpersonal skills;
●Firmness of purpose;
●Up to date IT skills including intermediate/advanced excel;
●Pro-active approach;
●A team player;
●Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in team settings;
●Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a talented team;
●Familiarity with fast growing companies and the associated deadlines.
