Qualified ACA/ACCA - Forensic Accountant

Reputable Boutique Advisory Firm requires a newly qualified ACA/ACCA to join their established Forensic Accounting team in London as an Associate. The successful candidate will gain exposure to both disputes and investigations as part of a high calibre team within a friendly, collaborative environment. Excellent support will be provided for your professional development.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial analysis and assisting in the preparation of financial modelling using Excel
• Assisting in the preparation or evaluation of quantum claims for damages
• Review of documents to identify information relevant to the investigation or dispute
• Assisting with the drafting of investigation and expert reports, preparation of appendices and exhibits
• Undertaking know-your-client procedures for new clients
• Collaborating with colleagues from other teams in the firm
• Liaising with clients and nurturing client relationships
• Balancing multiple projects whilst maintaining effective time management to meet deadlines
• Contributing to business development efforts and assistance with developing marketing materials

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant, ACA or ACCA, with an excellent academic background
• Articles training from a reputable firm with an audit or forensic accounting background
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Professional and enthusiastic with an inquisitive mind and positive attitude

Remuneration:

c.£53,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits. Base salary may vary based on experience and skills.
