MI/Financial Systems Analyst

An established, yet growing professional services firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results to their customers seeks to appoint a highly skilled analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, data analysis, and process improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness across financial operations as they implement a new Aderant system. This role will be offered on a hybrid work basis with flexibility offered over the specific "home" office location, be it Basingstoke or London.
Your new role

• Analyse and optimise financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on financial systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of new financial software and tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role with a preference for candidates who have been working within professional services.
• Experience within Aderant Expert/Expert Sierra would be ideal with consideration given to those who have worked with Elite Enterprise.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI and other data analysis software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
