Your new company
I am working with one of the world's leading speciality insurers who are looking for an FP&A Manager to join the London team. They are an innovative organisation with an industry-leading reputation for delivering strong results and creating an inclusive, supportive working environment.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Business partnering with front office to analyse business drivers and trends.
  • Utilise technology to improve internal reporting and deliver improved insights to stakeholders.
  • Management and development of 1 direct report
  • Ownership for FP&A reports
  • Building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders to better understand and support their needs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience in the insurance market - General Insurance or London market knowledge is desirable. You will need strong modelling and excel skills and the ability to analyse complex data sets and "tell the story" behind the numbers. You will need excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
