Hays is seeking a Senior Manager of Associate Director for a top tier UK wealth management and professionals' services group. Known for their growth and innovation, our client values integrity and excellence, ensuring they employ the best talent.
Their Cambridge office is on a significant growth trajectory and needs a motivated Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to join and help lead this dynamic team. Based in the beautiful and thriving city of Cambridge, you will be part of a rapidly expanding and vibrant team with ambitious plans. Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- You will be involved in business development of existing and new clients as well as potentially developing a specialist field of technical and/or sector knowledge and expertise.
- You will work closely with shareholders and founders of OMB's and will be involved in advisory work across shareholder level planning work, corporate reconstruction, transactions, succession planning, sale planning.
- You will manage a portfolio of corporate compliance clients.
Key Experience and Qualifications
- CTA/ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Significant corporate tax experience gained within the profession
- Technically capable tax adviser who is able to manage complex client work
- Demonstrable experience of managing people and clients
- Existing business development skills and appetite to grow business
- Project management experience
- Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
