Due to their years of experience and range of specialisms, they specialise in services including accounts, audit, corporate finance, tax and more. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your current accounts career and develop within a firm offering continuous training and development, working with a mixed bag of clients, from start-ups to OMBs to SMEs with turnovers in excess of £25 million. This accounts senior job has arisen due to internal growth within the firm.

Your new role
You will be joining a strong team of accounts professionals who you will mentor, train and assist daily, to help develop you own personal career. Your role will see you preparing and reviewing management and statutory accounts, whilst helping juniors complete the preparation, whilst also completing VAT returns and bookkeeping, reviewing and completing the works of juniors, liaising with your partners and seniors daily. You will also work with clients to create and maintain relationships and liaise and assist with them daily to ensure their success, whilst identifying new opportunities within the client base. You will also have exposure to audit work, reporting into the partner, assisting on audit files and offer advice and guidance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must have prior experience within an accountancy practice, whilst either being ACCA or ACA qualified or qualified by experience. You must have experience and be competent utilising accounting software's such as Xero, Sage or Quickbooks. Experience leading a team, training juniors or reviewing work will also be desired, alongside having prior experience on an audit, however this is not mandatory.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary, ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience.
