Lovely opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper with lots of SME experience to join a well-known Carmarthenshire name!
You will be joining a small office team in an out-of-town location (I think you will need your own transport for this) in their well-appointed and superbly facilitated head offices!
You will report to the business directors and an external accountant and your role will include the following;

  • Purchase ledger / Sales ledger
  • Monthly bank reconcile
  • Daily retail reconciliations
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Cash allocations; deposits and final balances to the relevant customer files
  • Stock control

This is a lovely opportunity......This role would really suit someone who has studied their AAT, or alternatively, is qualified by experience. There will be the opportunity to take more responsibility in house. Currently, the external accountancy firm oversees and manages a lot of areas, but in future, tasks such as the production of quarterly management accounts and the processing and calculation of payroll could sit within your remit!
