Hays Senior Finance is partnering with a rapidly growing organisation who is looking to add a Senior Management Accountant to their finance team due to continued growth.
Your new role
As Senior Management Accountant, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director, your role will be broad and varied. Main duties and responsibilities include;

  • Completing Management Accounts for multiple business entities
  • Full balance sheet reconciliation owning all balances
  • Establish and ensure integrity of consistent key accounting polices for the group
  • Record maintain and audit consistent processes and procedures within the finance team for multiple business entities
  • Preparation of regular forecasting for multiple business entities
  • Produce Annual budgets
  • Detailed variance analysis on Management Accounts
  • Maintain detailed P&L analysis
  • Establish and report key KPI's
  • Assisting Financial Director with performance of Management Accountants

What you'll need to succeed

  • An accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or relevant experience
  • Experienced with completing full Management Accounts
  • A strong work ethic
  • Ambition to grow both in this role and with the organisation
  • Broad IT experience, including Microsoft Excel and Sage
