A London-based tech company is looking for a Head of Finance to oversee the financial operations of their European entities

Your new role

Prepare monthly management accounts, assist with consolidated accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage cash flow, forecast requirements, and oversee supplier payments.
Conduct weekly/monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare and submit VAT, Intrastat, and EC sales/purchase returns.
Prepare payroll data for submission to the payroll bureau.
Manage the year-end audit and prepare the necessary documentation.
Manage and develop the finance team, implementing efficient processes and KPIs.
Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA)
Fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
Proven experience of managing teams
Experience with Business Central Dynamics 365 (preferred)
