Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Supervise and mentor a team of management accountants.
• Ensure compliance with ACCA standards and financial regulations.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and improve financial performance.

Requirements:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
• Proven experience in a management accounting role.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
