Role: Finance Business Partner (Qualified Only)
Location: West Yorkshire (2-3/week on-site)
Salary: £50-60K + Benefits
Our client is an exciting group business with a variety of manufacturing businesses in its portfolio. They are looking for a strong business partner to join their team and provide a more cohesive approach to analysis and communication between their brands and work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to help bridge that gap.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional operations teams across various sites / branches (Yorkshire and the North), providing insight and understanding to ensure the group meets its financial objectives
- Standardise and formalise processes as well as drive rigour across the national network
- Have a desire to dissect operational processes and propose KPIs to measure and drive productivity and make the right commercial decisions
- Regular reporting of financial performance and KPIs and associated commentary
- Ownership of budget process for the Region(s)
- Partner with branch managers on capital project approvals and reporting
- Provide assurance to the FD that revenue & costs are appropriately recognised and leakage is minimised
- Review period end close, identifying opportunities or risks that may appear
