Your New Company
An international luxury lifestyle business is looking to hire a Head of Management Accounts to their Finance team. They are growing rapidly and are expanding into new territories around the world. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced accountant who I s looking to get broad exposure to accounting and financial management within a rapidly growing business.
Your New Role
- Looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with industry experience who is looking to make their next move in industry as Head of Management Accounts. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of the month end processes and monthly reporting.
- Regular dealings with business operations.
- Consolidating of company cashflows, monthly management accounts, budgets / forecasts.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4.
- Liaise with auditors and provide information and analysis as required.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with post qualification experience.
- Proven experience leading / coaching junior team members.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A great personality will also go a long way!
