Your new company
A startup SaaS company is seeking a driven and experienced Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing their financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. This role is remote and is only required in London for quarterly meetings.
Your new role
- Billings: Manage the entire billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Cashflow Management: Monitor cash flow, forecast future trends, and implement strategies to optimise liquidity.
- Cost Control: Analyse expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control costs effectively.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth by providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Budgeting: Developing and managing annual budgets, tracking performance against targets and making necessary adjustments.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage).
- A solid understanding of financial principles and best practices.
