Head of Finance

Reporting into the CEO, your role will be viewed as the no,1 position in Finance and you will be tasked with leading an excellent team in producing robust monthly management and financial accounts. You will lead the team in ensuring that the AP and AR duties are completed and ensure that all financial and statutory accounts are completed with a clean audit.

You will also oversee IT with an excellent IT Manager reporting into the role. You will have a proven track record of leading improvements in controls, systems and processes and be able to support and mentor the team in their own development.
The ideal candidate will have previously operated at Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller or Head of Finance level. You will be able to demonstrate credibility and gravitas and report into Exec and Non-Exec teams.
