Your new company
A London-based global digital agency, which helps businesses enhance their customer interactions through strategic design and cutting-edge technology is looking to hire a Global FP&A Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future by optimising processes, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and delivering actionable financial insights.
Your new role
- Architect the Future: Develop and implement a robust global strategy for revenue forecasting processes, setting the standard for best-in-class FP&A practices.
- Standardise and Optimise: Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise end-to-end FP&A processes, eliminating inefficiencies and maximising value.
- Collaborate and Influence: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, effectively communicating the vision and driving consensus on process improvements.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to continuously enhance our FP&A processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA or ACCA qualified, 5+ years of experience in Finance, with a focus on FP&A roles.
- Proven project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle, as well as reporting and analytical tools.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data visualisation skills.
- A passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
