The role involves looking after a portfolio of clients with tasks including statutory year-end accounts, UK financial reporting, and supporting junior team members.

About you

• Experience gained in preparing statutory accounts within an accounting practice, particularly with knowledge of FRS102 and ideally, IFRS.
• Strong interpersonal skills will be essential as the role includes regular client interaction and mentoring junior staff.
• This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys both client management and team leadership within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Salary and Benefits

This is a hybrid position, combining in-office and remote work and offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 plus an excellent range of benefits

Location

The Assistant Manager role is based in Wimbledon though offers hybrid working.
