Your new company
Your new company is a recently PE-backed Professional Services SME based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. With an impressive acquisition strategy in place for 2025 they're now looking to recruit a new position as Financial Controller to join their expanding finance team.

Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller you'll develop financial processes to mitigate risks and maximise operational efficiency. You will leading on internal audit and financial controls. You'll produce the monthly board reports, including commentary on variance analysis. You manage a team of 3 and oversee the preparation of timely monthly management accounts. You'll manage the accuracy of KPI dashboards. You'll also assist the CFO with the annual audit process.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified. Experience working within Professional Service or within Practice would be beneficial. You'll have advance excel and financial modelling skills along with a strong aptitude for developing financial processes and controls. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
