Newly qualified accountant

At Connolly Kia Limited, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional vehicle distribution services in the Turks & Caicos Islands. As a small (10 staff) but dynamic company, we are committed to delivering quality products and services to our clients. We're looking for newly qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in dealing with small enterprise who is looking for international experience. General management skills and an ability to be flexible will be important to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Accounting Duties: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• General Management: Assist in the overall management of the company, including strategic planning, operational oversight, and staff management.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency in all areas of the business.
• Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the automotive or distribution industry
• General management experience with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in accounting software, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
