A London-based global digital agency, which helps businesses enhance their customer interactions through strategic design and cutting-edge technology is looking to hire a Group FP&A Manager.
Your new role
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets, including revenue, cost, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Advise on financial implications of business decisions and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Analyse financial performance and identify key trends and drivers.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA qualified with a top firm
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of financial principles and best practices.
