Your new company
Our public sector client is looking to recruit a finance business partner for a hybrid role.
Your new role
You will be a Finance Business Partner providing expert financial support and advice to key stakeholders and services. You will work closely with budget holders to ensure financial targets are met and resources are used effectively. Key responsibilities include offering financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and assisting in the development of the annual budget. Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and adherence to financial processes and procedures are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified Accountant with strong Finance Business Partnering skills gained from working within the public sector. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be working with non-financial personnel regarding their budgets.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role: 2 days in the office, 3 working from home, salary £47,000 - £52,000 plus an enhanced pension & generous holiday entitlement.
