Job Details
Your new company
A large hospitality and retail provider on the outskirts of Southampton requires a Head of Finance to join them on a permanent basis to conduct finance matters for multiple aspects of their customer provision.
Your new role
Reporting into the Finance lead, you will lead a small team in executing the financial operations and strategy for a collective of business units, partnering with key stakeholders and core managers to drive financial success across the business.
With your team, you will produce all management accounts, P+L, balance sheets and budgets / forecasts. You will attend board meetings, prepare commentary and deliver it to key stakeholders.
You will have oversight of payroll, debtors, billing and fixed assets. You will also partner external audit members to support annual processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified (or finalist) and have a passion for the events and hospitality space. You will have hands-on experience producing management accounts and will preferably have experience of some team leadership.
What you'll get in return
Up to £55,000 pa plus a great range of benefits and free on-site parking. Please note this role does not offer hybrid working.
