Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of their established global client for a permanent Financial Reporting Manager job based in Aberdeen. Salary is highly competitive + private medical insurance, 33 days annual leave, competitive pension & hybrid working.
Your new role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting for management and meeting strict deadlines throughout the financial year. The role is primarily responsible for consolidated statutory reporting of multiple entities located across the UK and Denmark while also managing a small team. You will manage & complete complex statutory & consolidated accounts, undertake reviews to enhance reporting efficiency & streamlining of processes and liaise with various internal & external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified finance professional with a strong background in financial accounting & statutory reporting. Group accounting experience is desirable but not essential. You will possess a desire to lead, motivate, and develop a small team of finance staff, who will be key in meeting all objectives.
