Due to continued growth, organic and by acquisition, this fast-growing market-leading specialist technology group are working with Hays to recruit a Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CPA to join the Group as Financial Accountant in a wide-ranging and interesting accounting and reporting role.
Your new role
- The Group Financial Accountant will be joining a talented finance team and take responsibility for the review of the annual group consolidated accounts and the preparation of the annual accounts both consolidated and entity.
- Help manage year-end and liaise with the external auditors to finalise the audit
- Pull together information for the tax packs and work with the advisors to complete tax computations and returns.
- Work with the Finance Department and wider business to ensure that there are effective controls around the operational finance activities
- Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
The Financial Accountant will be a qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CPA with good experience of Audit and Accounts including preparation of entity accounts, consolidation, strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, broad IT skills and excellent communication skills.

What you'll get in return
The Financial Accountant will be offered a very competitive salary in the region of £50,000 to £55,000 plus benefits, including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pension, life assurance and discounted benefits card.
