Your new companyI'm currently working with an established manufacturing company in South Leicestershire that has exceptional staff retention, an emphasis on team culture and international group backing.
Your new roleThey are looking to hire a finance manager to support the financial controller in leading the team where you will be involved in the costs, monthly reporting, budgeting and some business partnering for the site. The team has undergone some recent changes and so, as a strong people leader, you will support the team through this whilst being comfortable leading on the day-to-day accounts.
What you'll need to succeedFor this role you will need to be an experienced Finance Manager / Management Accountant with demonstrable experience in manufacturing. Ideally, you will be robust in dealing with various stakeholders and comfortable handling change management. Ideally, you will be qualified, though this isn't essential.What you'll get in return
