Your new company
UK division of a Multi-National manufacturing group. Based in Somerset, this business has a long-established presence in their market-place and £significant turn over, profitability and growth prospect. This is a rare opportunity to join a well established finance team / function that has very infrequent turnover of staff. This company is recognised in their field for manufacturing cutting edge products.
Your new role
As an expert management accountant in the manufacturing sector, your new job will draw upon your ability to be a finance business partner to senior non-finance stakeholders locally. As with many roles like this, within the manufacturing sector, you can expect to be involved in standard costings, budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet analytics. There are also elements of financial / stat accounting in this role as well as exposure to audits, although the primary responsibilities revolve around the management accounting functions.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally CIMA qualified (or equivalent), applications are also welcomed from candidates who are qualified by experience with relevant sector experience. Prior experience in management accounting, within the manufacturing / engineering sector.
