Your new company
As a leading trend setter in renewable power in the UK, this company are a household name and a sector leader. They are looking to really grow their London Technical Accounting team by establishing a head of department, reporting into the CFO.

Your new role
Working as the leader of the growing Technical Accounting team, this role is focused on working with the business on transactions and will spend a large body of the time working with business leaders on strategic decisions surrounding deals, disposals etc. There is massive focus on business partnering and internal advisory, so would be perfectly suited to professionals with real desire to be part of a business.
Duties

  • Working with leaders across the business to provide guidance
  • Ensure application of processes across consolidation, controls and planning
  • Working at forefront of transactions as opposed to back office support
  • JV and investment analysis


Goal of this role is to improve group wide processes and behaviours, becoming a champion for best practice

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant, from a technical background, likely Advisory in a large firm. Skil set and experience will need to be centred around transactions.
