Your new company
You will be joining an award-winning real estate practice based in London's West End. They have been established for over two decades and have grown substantially over the years, diversifying into a variety of other practice areas. This role will be based in their Marble Arch office 3 days per week, and you will be reporting into their Finance Director.
Your new role
- Managing incoming and outgoing electronic client account transactions
- Posting of client to office transfers and client to client transfers
- Posting of client account interest
- Posting of disbursements and write-offs
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Logging all cheques received onto an Excel spreadsheet and posting
- Posting and paying counsel's fee notes onto the purchase ledger system
- Processing staff expenses
- Helping with matter ledger enquiries
- Processing of bills - will be trained on this if needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 4 years experience working in a demanding and high-performing environment, ideally client accounts. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must, as well as a strong understanding of Solicitor's Accounting Rules. You must be a team player who is keen to join a supportive and driven team.
