Your new company
A leading international group is looking to recruit a talented, technically strong and commercially focused finance professional, with broad financial planning and analysis and business partnering experience, which they have developed within large complex and fast-growing commercial organisations. The Senior Financial Analyst will take ownership of medium and long term strategic planning models, support acquisitions and growth and work closely with the Board, SMT and operational heads.
Your new role
The Senior Financial Analyst will:
- Own medium and short term strategic planning model
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions.
- Analyse industry trends, competitors, and market share possibilities.
- Evaluate financial reports and company fundamentals.
- Assist in structuring and assessing their impact on overall business growth.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and accounting teams during execution.
- Provide insights on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Support post-merger integration.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CPA, with strong technical reporting skills
Ideally, will have trained with a large audit firm prior to moving into the commercial sector.
Large company audit experience
Advanced Excel and modelling skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to influence at all levels.
Strong business acumen
What you'll get in return
