Group Client Money Specialist - REMOTE

Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time and 100% remote position, assisting the Retail Group, Client Money Manager, and Assistant Manager, with all client money activities.

• Ensure continued group compliance with the FCA client money rules.
• Implement group client money policies and procedures across acquisitions.
• Manage query escalation to the Retail Group Client Money Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Maintenance of tracking systems and reports.
• Review of IBA accounting platforms with major involvement in any future migration/ implementation of new systems, working with business analysts on forthcoming process reviews.
• Attend regular review meetings and minute accordingly.
• Comply with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements and escalate issues to senior management.
• Ad hoc IBA service improvement projects where a benefit to clients/ divisions has been identified

What you'll need to succeed

• Working knowledge of FCA client money rules (CASS 5)
• Highly experienced at analysing large amounts of data
• Advanced excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• IBA experience
