Job Details

Your new company
We're delighted to be exclusively partnered with a successful, profitable business based a 15-minute drive from central Cambridge, as they look to appoint a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be fully office based.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function, so you can expect a broad and varied role. This will include preparing budgets, forecasts and cashflows, dealing with auditors and preparing financial reports. The business is also in the early stages of an ERP implementation, so you will play a key role in that project too.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager who is proactive, reliable and has the willingness to take on responsibility across the business, as this is a true team environment where everyone supports each other. Holding an accounting qualification isn't essential on this role, as long as you're able to demonstrate the necessary experience required.

What you'll get in return
In return, a good benefits package is on offer which includes:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 salary (with some flexibility for the right candidate)
  • Company bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus up to 4 additional 'gifted' days per year - holiday also rises with service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
  • Annual inflationary pay rise
  • Up to 8% matched pension
  • Death in service benefit (4x salary)
  • 37 hours a week, fully office-based
