Group Financial Accountant

We are very pleased to be working with an innovative international group with a blue-chip clientele to recruit a Group Financial Accountant to work on a hybrid basis at their modern offices on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex.
Your new role
The Group Financial Accountant will be joining a talented finance team of qualified and part-qualified accountants. They will work closely with the senior financial management and have responsibility for internal and external entity and group reporting on a timely basis, the ongoing development of processes, controls & reporting, and provide support to the group on technical/reporting matters and M & A.
What you'll need to succeed
The Group Financial Accountant will be a qualified accountant, with broad technical knowledge, good attention to detail and strong analytical skills. They will be an excellent communicator who is ambitious and has a keen interest in the business world.
They will have strong IT skills, including Excel to an advanced level and the ability to model data.

They will have exposure to M & A and help drive improvement in reporting and influence business performance. They will be able to utilise and broaden their skills, developing in the role and the group.
The Group Financial Accountant will work on a hybrid basis, and be offered a salary in the region of £48,000 to £55,000 plus benefits.
